Hence the recent poll, this is my brand.

I've had it for quite a while just never got around to post it up here.

it is very difficult to convey the concept of 'nextexile' or what it means to me in a logo. I struggled with developing a personal brand for many years.

I guess the simples concepts behind this design are the following:
1) The seahorse is shaped like letter 'S'; my name is Serg
2) A seahorse with wings & out of water is an exile in itself, out of it's element.
3) For those who are not aware, exile has many meanings. one of them is someone away from home and since I was born and raised on a different continent my alias was born.

There are many more subtle, personal reasons but I will not go into them in detail.

Dude, as you may know, I really never post on DA anymore. This though... is awesome. I've known you've had this for a while and always thought it was sweet as, but never took the opportunity to tell you. Honestly, one of the most unique, simple, and recognizable logo with nice impact. Also thought I should let you know that you're one of the only people I check out all the time, I don't skip a deviation.

Well done, keep it going. You are definitely among the best.

Thanks man! Let's just hope that I find the will to keep doing this because I haven't really touched graphics design of any sort of almost a year.
